JUDGMENT 1. - Mr. Khatri submits that the petitioner has already deposited the entire amount on 17-12-91 before five months of filing of FIR. 2. Heard learned counsel for the parties. 3. Under the facts and circumstances of the case I deem it just and proper to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner Devilal. Accordingly, it is directed that in the event of arrest of the petitioner Devilal in FIR No. 69/92 of P.S. Kotri, Dist. Bhilwara provided he furnishes a personal bond in the sum of Rs. 10,000/- (Rs. Ten Thousand only) with two sureties of Rs. 5,000/- (Rs. Five Thousand only) each to the satisfaction of the I.O. on the following conditions (i) that he shall make himself available for interrogation by a police officer as and when required; (ii) that he shall not, directly or indirectly make any inducement, threat or promise to any person acquainted with the facts of job the case, so as to dissuade him from disclosing such facts to the Court or to any police officer; and (iii) that he shall not leave India without the previous permission of the Court. Bail granted. *******
