JUDGMENT : On the previous hearing, this petition was directed to be posted on 8th October but at the instance of the counsel of the respective parties, we have directed the matter to be taken on board today. Accordingly, notice was issued and the matter is taken up on board. 2. Respective parties, namely, husband Mr. Sajid Hasan, wife Smt. Abida Hasan and the father of Abida Hasan, Sh. Mohammed to the proceeding are present in the Court, they state that they have filed this application for withdrawal of the Writ Petition. The application is signed by the parties and also by their counsel. 3. Permission is granted and the petition is dismissed as withdrawn. Consequent upon the dismissal of this petition, we recall our earlier order dated 15th September, 1992 directing Superintendent of Police, Gauhati to produce Smt. Abida Hasan before this Court on 8.10.1992. 4. As regards the amount of Rs.5,000/- re-deposited by counsel for the respondent No.l in the Registry, we direct that this amount shall be paid to Ms Halida Khatun, counsel for respondent No.1 who in turn has to pay the amount to Smt. Abida Hasan. 5. The Office is directed to telegraphically form the Superintendent of Police that the order of this Court dated 15th September 1992 directing to produce Smt. Abida Hasan before this Court on 8.10.92 is withdrawn.
