JUDGMENT : R.M. Sahai, J. - Controversy raised in this appeal stands concluded by a decision given by this Bench today in Civil Appeal No.2619 of 1982. In light of what has been said in that decision determination of ceiling areas of the appellants, by the High Court cannot be upheld. 2. The appeal accordingly succeeds and is allowed and the order passed by the High Court is set aside. The order of the Land Tribunal is restored. 3. There shall be no order as to costs.
