JUDGMENT : Petition No. A/341 of 1990 instituted by the respondent against the petitioner in the Family Court at Bombay is transferred to the Court of the learned Civil Judge, Senior Division, Baroda, for disposal according to law. 2. The parties are directed to report to the Court of the learned Civil Judge, Senior Division at Baroda on November 9, 1992, for further directions. 3. Respondent No.1 to pay costs of transfer/petition to the petitioner.
