JUDGMENT Sri M. Katju, J. - This writ petition has been filed against the impugned order of termination, dated 8 May 1992. 2. In my opinion, this writ petition is not maintainable, firstly because the respondents' institution is a private institution and no writ petition is maim unahlc against it and sccondiv the impugned order of termination have been passed by the management of an institution which is a minority institution and hence also this Court cannot interfere with the impugned order. 3.
