JUDGMENT 1. - Mr. Kumbhat submits that petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case, there is no likely-hood to commit any offence in case he is released on bail.In this case, there is nothing has been placed on record to show that the accused is habitual offender and dealer in this trade and nothing is available from the police record that he has been previously convicted.Under the facts and circumstances of the case, I deem it just and proper to release the petitioner on bail It is ordered that petitioner Natwar Singh be enlarged on bail provided he furnishes an undertaking that during the pendency of the trial, he shall not involve himself in any kind of offence under this Act and furnishes a personal bond in a sum of Rs. 20,000/- (Rs. Twenty thousand only) with two sureties of Rs. 10,000/- (Rs. ten thousand only) each to the satisfaction of learned Sessions Judge, Udaipur to appear before him as and when called upon to do so and if not required in any other case.Bail granted. *******
