JUDGMENT D.P. S. Chauhan, J. - The petitioner is a Buxi/Secretary in the Town Area and is posted in the Town Area, Dohrighat, Mau. By means of order dated 18-0-1992 the petitioner has been transferred to Town Area, Babraia, Budaun. This order is under challenge in the present petition. 2. Heard learned counsel for petitioner and learned standing counsel. 3. The grievance of the petitioner is that the Govt. Order dated 29-5-1992 (Annexure-2 to the petition) which provides that though the Services of Buxi/Secretary of the Town Ares are under centralised Service but they are low paid employee and their transfer should not be made except in exceptional circumstances. 4. I am not inclined to express any opinion in the matter. Since the petitioner is being relegated to make a representation before the State Government violation of whose order is alleged. 5. The petitioner may make a representation within 15 days from today before the Secretary, Nagar Vikas Anubbag 1, who shall decide the same within a month of its presentation. Until the said representation is decided the petitioner shall not be compelled to join at the place of transfer i.e.. Town Area, Babraia, Budaun, and shall be allowed to function at Town Area, Dohrighat Mau and shall be paid his salary as and when the same falls due regularly. 6. With these directions, the petition is disposed of. 7. A certified copy of this order may be given to learned counsel within 24 hours.
