JUDGMENT 1. - This parole application has boon filed by the petitioner Jograj Singh on the ground that his sister is going to be married on 19-11-92. Counsel for the petitioner has filed the invitation card and also certificates of the Administrator, Gram Panchayat, Undkha and Patwari, Undkha to this effect. Learned Public Prosecutor has not been able to controvert the facts. 2. Heard. 3. Under the facts and circumstances of the case, We deem it just and proper to enlarge the petitioner Jograj Singh on parole for 15 days. Accordingly, it is ordered that the petitioner be released on parole provided he furnishes a personal bond in the sum of Rs. 10,000/- (Rs. Ten Thousand only) with two sureties of Rs. 5,000/- each to the satisfaction of learned Deputy Registrar (Judl.) with the stipulation that he will surrender himself within 15 days from the date of his release before the Superintendent, Central Jail, Jodhpur. A copy of this order be sent to Superintendent, Central Jail, Jodhpur, so also to Supdt. of Police, Barmer and to the learned Addl. Sessions Judge, Barmer.Parole granted. *******
