JUDGMENT : 1. Pursuant to this Court's order dated September 10, 1992, an affidavit has been filed on behalf of respondent No.1. In the affidavit, it has been stated that three officers were sent to different parts of the country to find out the whereabouts of the alleged missing persons. According to the reports of those officers, there was to trace of these persons anywhere. It is not possible for this Court to keep on enquiring into this matter on the basis of affidavits any further. Since the petitioner is still not satisfied and he wishes to pursue the investigation in this case, we feel that this is a fit case where the matter be entrusted to the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Mayurbhanj to hold an enquiry into this matter after hearing the parties. The Registry is directed to send a copy of the paper book to the Chief Judicial Magistrate within two weeks from today. The Chief Judicial Magistrate shall complete the enquiry and send his report to this Court within six months thereafter. The parties shall be at liberty to place the evidence or any material before the Chief Judicial Magistrate as they desire. To be listed after the receipt of the report.
