JUDGMENT 1. By the impugned order the petitioner has been transferred from Harchandpur (Rae Bareli) to Hardoi. The petitioner is to retire from service on 31193. 2. Having heard learned counsel for the petitioner as also the learned standing counsel, we are of the opinion that in view of the relevant G.O. and circumstances of the case, the petitioner should not have been transferred from Harchandpur (Rae Bareli) to Hardoi, 3. In the result, the petition succeeds and is allowed. The impugned order dated 21792 is quashed. The petitioner shall continue to serve at Harchandpur (Rae Bareli) till he is retired.
