He is permitted to reduce his claim for the purpose of cowl fees to Rs. 10 0 only. Admit. Mr. R. N. Variava learned counsel appearing for Mr. Akil Kareshi learned advocate for the respondents waives service of notice. Having regard to the facts and circumstances the amount of Rs. 10 0 awarded by the Motor Accident Claim Tribunal under the head of consortium is required to be set aside arid this amount of Rs. 10 0 is reduced from the total amount of compensation awarded by the Tribunal as the widow of the deceased is not entitled to such an amount by way of compensation. Therefore the award of the Tribunal is modified to that extent only. The appeal is accordingly allowed. No order as to costs. Appeal Allowed. .
