JUDGMENT : 1. We are informed that the former Chief Justice of M. P. High Court, namely, Shri S K. Jha passed away on 16th December, 1993. Considering this unfortunate and painful information and other circumstances, we close all the matters pending before this Court relating to the matter of M.P. High Court. We make it clear that all the orders passed so far by this Court with regard to the administration of the said High Court with regard to the administration of the said High Court will be operative only upto 31.12.1993. The order of the Full Bench of the Madhya Pradesh High Court, passed on 22.11.1993 which was stayed by us in set aside on hearing the counsel before us and it is open to the present learned Chief Justice of the High Court to pass any appropriate order in that respect. All these matter are disposed of accordingly.
