JUDGMENT : 1. In response to the notices taken out and published in the newspapers and the individual notices issued, the objections and responses have been filed. But there are several requests made through counsel that some States have not been able to file their objections or responses before the 6th of March, 1993 and that there be short extension of time for doing so till the 20th March, 1993. Time is so extended. Those desirous of filing such responses and objections may do so latest by the 20th March, 1993. No further time shall be granted for this purpose. 2. The outer time limit for the second stage general response fixed for the 10th April, 1993, however, remains unchanged. 3. The office is directed to classify in a tabular statement the objections and responses already received and those to be filed by the 20th. Call this matter on the 26th March, 1993 at 10.30 A.M.
