JUDGMENT : 1. Mr. Sehgal, learned senior counsel appearing for "Shri Ram Janam Bhoomi Nyas", which was entitled to an individual notice in terms of the earlier order in view of the fact that it was eo-nomine a party to the proceedings at Allahabad Court, submits that its name has not been included in the list of parties to whom such individual notices should be issued. Learned Attorney General, who was requested to furnish that list of such parties submits that there might, owing perhaps to some oversight, have been some omission in this behalf which is not intentional or deliberate. Shri Sehgal says that without insisting upon any technicalities he would accept notice here and now. A copy of the notice may be served today alone on Shri Randhir Jain, Advocate-on-Record for the Shri Ram Janam 31 Bhoomi Nyas. The Nyas will submit its objections and responses before the 20th of March, 1993.
