JUDGMENT 1. - This is a Second application for bail The first application S.B. Cr. Misc. Bail application No. 261/93 was dismissed as withdrawn by order dated 23-2-93. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that only 100 grams opium is said to have been recovered from the petitioner. The challan has already been filed and the case has also been committed to the court of Addl. Sessions Judge No. 1 Sri Ganganagar camp Shri Karanpur but there is no presiding officer and it is not known when the trial will commence. 2. It is also submitted that the petitioner is a permanent resident of district Sri Ganganagar and there is no likelihood of his absconding. 3. Learned P.P. opposes the bail application and he submits that the petitioner was indulging in the nefarious activity and should not be enlarged on bail. 4. In the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on his furnishing a personal bond in a sum of Rs. 20,000/- and two sureties in a sum of Rs. 10,000/- each to the satisfaction of the learned Addl. Sessions Judge No. 1 Sri Ganganagar camp Karanpur for appearance before that court on the date/dates to be fixed by him provided he is not required in any other case.Bail granted. *******
