JUDGMENT : 1. Learned Attorney General prays for adjournment of this case to next Monday i.e. on 29.3.1993 stating that in the meantime he would make efforts to see if the need for the issuance of notice to the Governor of Tamil Nadu asking as the authority under Article 192 of the Constitution is avoided. We consider this request to be appropriate. The matter be listed on 29.3.1993.
