JUDGMENT : 1. Leave granted. We find that the misconduct indulged into by the respondent student was 4 of a grave nature. The University, in fact, had taken a very lenient view, yet unfortunately the High Court found it necessary to interfere even with that punishment. We set aside the order of the High Court and restore the punishment imposed by the University. 2. The Appeal is allowed accordingly.
