JUDGMENT 1. - Heard. 2. Perused the case diary, as well as the it jury reports of Kamal and Ashish and their X-ray examination reports, wherein only injury No. 10 i.e. "an incised wound 3 cm x 5 cm x muscle deep on the left fore arm lower end", which has resulted in the fracture of lower end of ulna, has been found to be grievious. All other multiple injuries sustained by injured Kamal and Ashish have been found to be simple in nature. The doctor has also not opined as to whether the injuries sustained by these injured persons were dangerous to life or not? 3. The petitioner under detention since 15-6-1993 and the investigation and trial in this case are likely to take considerable time. The petitioners can not be kept under detention for an indefinite period. 4. Hence, keeping in view all the relevant facts and circumstances of this case, I allow this petition and order that petitioner Jethrnal be released on bail, provided he executes his personal bond for an amount of Rs. 10.000/ (Rs. ten thousand) and furnishes two sound and substantial sureties for an amount of Rs. 5000/- each to the satisfaction of learned Munsif and Judicial Magistrate Bikaner in the Cr. Case pertaining to FIR Case No. 78/93, P.S., Kotwali, Bikaner for his regular appearance before him or before any other court where this case has been committed or transferred on each and every date of hearing and whenever ordered to do so.Bail granted. *******
