Incised wound with healthy granulation tissue 8 cm. x 2 cm. obliquely placed on postero late side of left forearm in upper third. 2. Stitched wound 8 cm long obliquely and curved on occipital region extending from left to right crossing mid line near occipital external protuberance. 3. Stitch wound 11.5 cm long vertically placed on scalp left side extending from left parietal eminance to front of left ear upto the level of tragus. On removal of stitiches, bone gape 8 cm x 3 cm of the vault of skull left side involving left temproparietal bone and also the fracture lines were extending from the bone gape to the upper portion of left parietal and temporal bone down wards. Extradural haematoma under neath the bone gap in thearea of 2 cm x 2 cm over left tempero parieta region. Dura was found stitched with black thread. On removal of stitches the left hemisphere of the brain showed laceration at two places of 4 cm x 3.5 x brain tissue deep and 2 cm x 2 cm x brain tissue deep over left temporal lobe and superolater surface of left pareital region. The meninges were found torn at the site of laceration with clotted blood in the tissue of brain substance which was some what odaimatous and congested. 4. Abrasion with bruise 1 cm x 1 cm on forehead left side just above lateral third of left eye brow. 5. Abrasion with bruise 1 cm x 1 cm on forehead left side just above medical third of left eye brow. 6. Abrasion with bruise 3 cm x 5 cm transaversaly placed on forehead right side just above medial 2/3 of right eye brow. 7. One stitch wound 1 cm long medial side of right anckle. On removal of stitches under line vein was found cut probably done surgically for venesection for transfusion of fluid. 8. Two stitch wound 1 cm each in length on postero lateral side of right fore arm in lower 1/3 near wrist. On removal of the stitches under line veins were found cut probably doen surgically for vene section for transfusionof fluids. 9. One punctures wound 2 cm x 1 cm x trachea communicating on front of neck below thyroid region done surgically for tracheo stomy. 10.
