JUDGMENT : M. Katju, J. Heard the learned Counsel for the petitioner and Shri O.P. Singh learned Standing Counsel. 2. This writ petition has been filed against the impugned suspension order dated 4-9-1992. Against the same order, the petitioner has already filed writ petition No. 10078 of 1993 which is pending. When I asked the learned Counsel for the petitioner why a second writ petition has been filed the reason he gave was that since the earlier writ petition could not be taken up for hearing, hence, a second writ petition has been filed. In my opinion this is no ground for filing the second writ petition. This writ petition is accordingly dismissed.
