JUDGMENT : 1. We have heard Jaspreet and Vipin Gogia along with the parents of Jaspreet to explore the possibilities of a family reconciliation. We asked Jaspreet and Vipin Gogia whether they could spend a week in Hoshiarpur with the parents of Jaspreet. They have agreed. The parents also have agreed to have Jaspreet and Vipin Gogia with then] for a week on the understanding that controversial matters as to the marriage and the alleged subsequent abduction will not be raised. 2. The apprehension of Vipin Gogia as to his.own safety in Hoshiarpur, or for that matter in the State of Punjab, could be allayed by a direction to the State of Punjab and the Senior Superintendent of Police of Hoshiarpur to ensure the safety of Jaspreet and Vipin s Gogia during their sojourn in Punjab. Sri K.T.S. Tulsi, learned Additional Solicitor General appearing for the Director General of Police, Punjab, gives us that assurance. Jaspreet and Vipin Gogia will accompany Mr. and Mrs. Bains today to Hoshiarpur. 3. The State of Punjab and the Director General of Police, Punjab, will ensure the safety of Jaspreet and Vipin Gogia during their journey to, stay at and back from Hoshiarpur. After Jaspreet and Vipin Gogia return from Hoshiarpur a memo will be filed in the Court by the learned counsel of the due completion of this visit. 4. This matter is adjourned by six weeks.
