JUDGMENT 1. - It is contended by learned counsel for the petitioner that according to the medical report the age of the accused is in between 15-16 years and challan has been filed against him under Section 302 Indian Penal Code in the Juvenile Court, Sriganganagar. 2. These facts are not controverted by the learned P.P. 3. Under the facts and circumstances of the case, the accused - petitioner Suchha Singh deserves to be released on bail. 4. If the accused - petitioner furnishes two surety bonds in the sum of Rs. 10,000/- each to the satisfaction of the learned Sessions Judge, Sriganganagar, he may be released.Bail granted. *******
