JUDGMENT : 1. Heard counsel for both the parties. Record perused. 2. In all the facts and circumstances of the case, we are of the opinion that the restoration petition I.A. No.1450 of 1978 ought to be allowed and is herewith allowed. 3. The appeal is allowed accordingly. No costs. 4.
