JUDGMENT : 1. Pursuant to our directions, Shabbir, Hafizan, 5th & 6th respondents, and Saroj are present in Court. We are informed by Mr. Yogeshwar Prasad, learned counsel for the State of U.P. that a prosecution has been launched against Hafizan had Shabbir on the 14.1.94 under Sections 5 and 6 of the Prevention of Immoral Traffic Act. 2. It is also prayed on behalf of the State of U.P. that Saroj may be inquired by the U.P. Police. Efforts are being made to apprehend two others. As and when they are apprehended, they will be inquired. All these inquiries shall be done by the Dy. Superintendent of Police, Etah, U.P. who is now. investigating into the matter. The report shall be submitted to this Court within 15 days from today. 3. As regards the custody of Nasrin @ Rani, she can continue to stay in Bapnoo Ghar, 6 Bhagwan Das Road, Delhi. As regards her medical expenses, the State of Rajasthan will play a sum of Rs. 1,000/- within three days from today. The amount shall he handed over to the advocate, Ms. Hingorani. Concerning her day-to - day maintenance, the expenses will be home by the State of U.P. An initial payment of Rs. 5,000/- shall he made to the advocate, Ms. Hingorani. Time, for payment. is one week. 4. List the matter on 3.2.94.
