JUDGMENT : This Court on October 21, 1992 passed the following orders:- "S.L.P(C) No. 12243-49/87 Learned Attorney General appearing for the National Textile Corporation states that without prejudice to the main question pending before this Court, all the respondents in the above petitions have been given relief in the sense that the Corporation has decided to retain/reinstate them into service with continuity and full backwages and they will also be paid all their dues in accordance with law to which they are entitled. Learned Attorney General further states that dues shall be paid within three months from today. Special Leave Petitions are dismissed as withdrawn. All interim orders stand vacated. T.P.(C) Nos. 510, 512, 514, 515, 517, 519, 526, 527, 528, 529-30, 531-32, 535, 36/89. The learned counsel for the National Textile Corporation has been seeking adjournments from time to time to comply with the orders. Finally we issued notice in the contempt petition on 1.11.93 with a hope that during the pendency of the proceedings the orders of this Court would be complied with. We are constraint to say that even today Mr. Reddy, learned Additional Solicitor General appearing for the National Textile Corporation is not in a position to say as to when and within how much time the orders of this Court are likely to be complied with. We are of the view that the Chairman and the Board of Directors of the Corporation has prima facie committed the contempt of this Court. We finally direct the Chairman and Board of Directors who are listed hereunder to comply with the orders of this Court by February 28, 1994.
