JUDGMENT : 1. In pursuance of Order dated 23rd September, 1994, a Compromise duly signed by the appellants in Civil Appeal No. 5293 of 1983 and their counsel has been filed. Respondents, Gurpreet Singh and his brother Gurbhajnik Singh, who are not represented by any counsel are present in person. They have also signed the Compromise. The Compromise has been verified before the Registrar of the Court. 2. As regards respondent nos. 3, 4 and 5, it has already been held earlier that respondent nos. 4 and 5 have no right and respondent no. 3 is not concerned with the dispute between parties. They have not been made a party to the Compromise. They have no right of claim either in respect of the property or the amount which has been settled under the Compromise between the appellants and the respondents. It is made clear that they shall have no right to raise any dispute in respect of the Compromise subsequently. 3. In case the entire amount is not paid by the appellants, as directed earlier by Order dated 23rd September, 1994 and which has been made a part of the Compromise, by 30th June, 1995, then the decree of the trial court shall stand restored and the Compromise shall not be given effect to. 4. The appeal and the SLP are disposed of accordingly.
