body1994
ORDER : After filing his counter-affidavit, the respondent has not put in appearance either himself or through counsel. Having regard to the fact that the petitioner is a mother of two children aged 8 years and 5 years, we find that it would be inconvenient for her to leave her children, and defend the matrimonial cause at Kota, State of Rujasthan. So just for the convenience of the parties, we order that the Application No. 197 of 1993 pending in the family Court at Kota, Rajasthan he transferred to the Court of the District Judge, Delhi, who may either keep the matter on his file or transfer it to any other Court of competent jurisdiction for disposal in accordance with law. The Transfer Petition thus stands allowed. Petition allowed.
