JUDGMENT : 1. Upon motion the matter is taken on Board. 2. The operation of the order of the Calcutta District Consumer Disputes Redressal Forum under appeal is stayed. The Public Issue shall be proceeded with. List the matter on 7th January, 1994. Until further orders no other court or authority shall make any interim ex-parte orders on this subject matter.
