ORDER This dispute raised before the National Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission was against the Andhra Pradesh Government concerning its alleged failure to grant permits to the appellant under the Rice Procurement Levy Order, 1984. The Commission came to the conclusion that the dispute was not a consumer dispute as defined under the Consumer Protection Act and as such dismissed the application filed by the appellant. We see no ground to differ with the order of Commission and as such dismiss the appeal. No costs. For Citation: 1995 Supp (1) SCC 303
