JUDGMENT S. S. Sodhi, J. 1. THIS Special appeal is directed against the judgment of a learned Single Judge in Writ Petition, which was wholly misconceived, in the sense that the, writ petition had been filed to ensure compliance with an interim order, passed by this Court in a second appeal, still pending here. If any matter arose with regard to the interim order passed in the second appeal the remedy was clearly to raise it in the second appeal and not by way of writ proceedings. THIS being so, we hereby quash the order of the learned Single Judge but at the same time we direct that the second appeal 921 of 19S7 be set down for hearing before a learned Single Judge on April 11, 1994. 2. THIS special Appeal Is disposed of in this manner.
