JUDGMENT : N. Venkatachala, J. The above S.L.P. was tagged with Civil Appeal No. 3288 of 1979 by an order made by this Court on 15.2.1988. We have dismissed C.A. No. 3288 of 1979 today by our judgment in that appeal disposed of along with C.A. No. 540 of 1980. We have also not found any merit in this S.L.P., hence the same is rejected.
