Leave granted in all the above-mentioned Special Leave Petitions. 3. Civil Appeals arising out of the above-mentioned Special Leave Petitions are allowed, in terms of the judgment delivered today in Civil Appeal No. 2099 of 1994, arising out of Special Leave Petition No. 6068 of 1991, and the appeals filed before the High Court on behalf of the appellants, shall be heard afresh and disposed of in the light of the aforesaid judgment of this Court.
