JUDGMENT : 1. An affidavit by Shri T.N. Seshan filed today is placed on record. A copy of the press release containing the statement of the Chief Minister of Andhra Pradesh Shri K. Vijaya Bhhaskara Reddy produced by Shri Salve is also placed on record. In view of these statements and the submissions of learned counsel for the parties no further order is required to be made in respect of the news items referred to in the order dated 6.4.1994. 2. State of Maharashtra is permitted to intervene. Counter be filed within four weeks. Intervenor also to file affidavit within four weeks. Rejoinder, if any, within three weeks thereafter. 3. The Writ Petition be set down for hearing in the last week of July, 1994. 4. It would be appropriate that this matter is heard by a Bench of three Judges. Office to take directions of the Hon'ble the Chief Justice in this behalf.
