ORDER : WPs (C) Nos. 824 of 1993 and 76 of 1994 S. Mohan, J. - In compliance with the order dated 8-4-1994, the Rajasthan Pollution Control Board through its Senior Chemist (Mr Dinesh Chandra Sharma) has filed a report. It discloses that the work of construction of the tank was completed on 26-4-1994 under the overall supervision of the respondent Board. The learned counsel for the petitioners also accepts the statement as correct. 2. What remains is the compliance by the petitioners of the requirements pointed out by the Rajasthan Board for prevention and control of pollution on 19-4-1994. The requirements are five in number. According to the petitioners, they are in the process of compliance. The Board may get satisfied on an inspection whether these five requirements have been satisfied. A senior official may cause inspection and come to a conclusion whether there has been compliance. If there has been such a compliance, permission is there to restart the petitioners' industry. This shall be done within a week from today. 3. As to the permanent measures to control the pollution, whatever steps are required to be taken by the petitioners, they shall commence them at once and must be completed at the earliest. The Board can examine the same and report to this Court by 14-7-1994. 4. List the matter on 14-7-1994 at 2.00 p.m. Court Masters.
