JUDGMENT : 1. Call this matter after summer vacation. 2. In the meanwhile the Registrar General will satisfy himself as to the authenticity of the FDR for the sum of Rs. 25 lacs and if such verification is found to be satisfied, he may accept the FDR in lieu of deposit of Rs. 25 lacy. 3. Writ Petition No. 470 of 1994 in the High Court may be proceeded with and we might also have the benefit. of the views of the High Court if the matter in the meanwhile is disposed of.
