JUDGMENT : 1. Shri Altaf Ahmed, learned has tendered four cheque of Rs. 10,000/- cash to shri Venkataramani as ex-gratia payment to the victims of the crime. Shri Venkataramani will have then prosed on to the concerned persons. If Shri Venkataramani is of the view that it will he safer to have the money invested in their names and ensure monthly interest to be paid to them, he may do so. He is at liberty to do so at his discretion. This payment shall be taken into account at the final disposal of the matter and if any compensation is adjudicated in this case, this amount will be given deduction etc. 2. Shri A.S. Pundir, learned standing counsel for the State of Uttar Pradesh, will inform the Court as to the steps taken in the matter of opposition of the grant of bail to the accused persons in this case. 3. List after summer vacation.
