ORDER : We have today pronounced judgment in Civil Appeal Nos. 3038 - 3048 of 1987 titled State of Himachal Pradesh v. Amir Nath Sharma & Ors. For the reasons recorded in the said judgment, we allow this' appeal and set aside the High Court judgment and dismiss the writ petition filed by respondent 3 before the High Court. No costs.
