(1) WE have today pronounced judgments in State of orissa v. Minerals & Metals Trading Corpn. of India Ltd. and also in Industrial Minerals & Metals v. Sales Tax Officer. For the reasons recorded and the conclusions reached in the above judgments, we dismiss the special leave petition.
