DEVINDER GUPTA ( 1 ) THE petitioner is in judicial custody since 18th October 1994. The other co-accuse have since been granted bail. The offence alleged is under Section 406/498-A of the Indian Penal code. ( 2 ) AFTER hearing the learned counsel for the parties, I find that it is a fit case to enlarge the petitioner on bail, subject to his furnishing a bail bond in the sum of Rs. 10,000. 00 with one surety in the like amount to the satisfaction of the court concerned Smt. S. S. Mann. Metropolitan Magistrate Delhi. Ordered accordingly. Dasti.
