JUDGMENT Applicant Billu, Kanhaiya, Nannu, Lakhansingh, Munshi, Virendrasingh, Om and Guddu are involved in Crime No. 281/94, u/Ss. 147, 148,302 read with S. 149 IPC by P.S. Ashoknagar, District Guna. Perused the FIR and the injury report. There are cross-cases. Both the sides had engaged in Marpeet. Both the sides have received injuries. Similar nature of injuries have been caused on both sides. All the accused from the complainant side were bailed out. Three co-accused have already been bailed out in this case. Accordingly, all the applicants are admitted to bail furnishing one personal bond each to the sum of Rs. 20, 000/- with one surety each in the like amount, to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate Guna. The applicants shall appear before the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Guna on 13.3.1995 and other subsequent dates fixed thereafter.
