JUDGMENT Though morally criminal act attributed to the petitioner can be said to be most deprecated as it has to be seen that according to the prosecution case itself slap and fist blows dealt on the face of alleged victim who ultimately died on account of septic in the injury sustained on the nose by the deceased. Looking to the said aspect, it is ordered that the present petitioner shall be released on bail on his executing personal bond of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of Rs. 5,000/- each to the satisfaction of C.J.M. Surguja.
