JUDGMENT : We have carefully gone through the grounds of this Review Petition and we find that they merely reiterate the points which were raised on behalf of the petitioner at the hearing of the Writ Petition, except the additional contention that in the Hindi translation of the Constitution, for the word Chairman in Article 324(3) the word Adhyaksh is used whereas for the Chairman of the Rajya Sabha the expression Sabhapathi is used, the former, according to the petitioner, denoting head of a body while the latter denoting head of a meeting. In our view, the difference is on account of the fact that the former is the Chairman of an aayog while the latter is the Chairman of a Sabha. We think use of these different expressions in the context of the two provisions has no bearing on the relationship between the Chief Election Commissioner and the Election Commissioners. The other grounds raised in this petition being substantially a repetition of the grounds raised in the Writ Petition, all of which we dealt with in extenso in our judgment sought to be reviewed and which we see no reason to review, we see no merit in this petition and dismiss the same with no order as to costs. Order accordingly.
