JUDGMENT : 1. Issue notice on the respondent - State of Maharashtra, returnable on 10th October, 1995. Dasti service on the respondent is permitted, in addition to the usual mode of service. Notice may be served also on the learned Standing counsel for the State of Maharashtra. The C.B.I. would file affidavit indicating whether the cases of the accused were specifically considered by the CBI on the question of granting bail and on the basis of instruction from C.B.I., a list was filed by the Special Public Prosecutor on August 24, 1995 before the designated Court.
