JUDGMENT : 1. Respondents 3,4,5 & 6 are present in Court. We dispense with their personal presence in these proceedings till further orders. We direct these respondents, who are trustees of P C Dental & Nursing college, to file the statement of audited accounts from May 91 onwards (when the trust was formed). In case the documents have not been audited the respondents shall place before this Court the accounts as they are. We direct the accountants, other employees of the trust and the bank authorities to cooperate with the respondent-trustees. 2. We have perused the affidavit filed by Mr. C. Dinakar, Additional Director General of Police, COD, Bangalore. Mr. Dinakar is personally present in Court. Mr. Dinakar has stated in his affidavit that despite his best efforts the whereabouts of Dr. R D Penuthur have not been traced. According to the affidavit efforts are being made to secure him. He wants three months' more time. We grant him three months time from today. 3. Mr. Dinakar states that some information has been gathered during the investigation which shows that Dr. Penutur gave large amount of money to various persons. Mr. R.A Benakop, D.S.P., COD, Bangalore who is the investigating officer and incharge of the case is also present personally before us. We direct Mr. R.A Benakop to file an affidavit within 10 days from today giving the names and details of all those persons who have allegedly received money from Dr. Penuthur. Mr. R.A Benakop to be present in Court on the next date. 4. After examining the earlier affidavit filed by Mr. C Dinakar, wherein allegations have been made against Mr. K.S Ramesh, Advocate (4th Block Jai Nagar, Bangalore). In view of the allegations we issue notice to Mr. K S Ramesh, Advocate to show cause why contempt proceedings be not initiated against him, returnable in 8 weeks. 5. List the matter on 21.9.95 at 2 PM. 6. So far as-respondents 3 to 6 are concerned, they may file their affidavits within four weeks.
