JUDGMENT : 1. Learned Additional Solicitor General informs is that necessary action has been taken for implementation of the ban not only of Drugs at Serial Nos. 1-7 but also Drug at Serial No.8. 2. In respect of the Drug at Serial No. 9, we consider it appropriate to call for a fresh report of the Committee of Experts constituted in accordance with the orders of this court. 3. We also deem it fit to request Dr. J.S. Bajaj, a former Professor of the All India Institute of Medical Sciences and at present a Member of the Planning Commission to now function as Chairman of this Committee. A fresh report in respect of the Drug at Serial No. 9 would now be given by this Committee chaired by Dr. J.S. Bajaj. The Committee so constituted by this Court would comprise of Dr. J.S. Bajaj as the Chairman and the Members as per list annexed. 4. In forming the final opinion in respect of Drug at Serial No.9 all the points of view including the opinion expressed on the earlier occasion by the Members of the Committee should also be given due weight. Any representation made within a period of three weeks in this behalf is to be handed over to the learned A.S.G. with the requisite number of copies for being forwarded to the Committee for its considerations. 5.
