JUDGMENT : 1. There is no cogent explanation for the inordinate delay in filing this S.L.P. which too is against a mere interlocutory order. The manner in which the S.L.P. has been filed and an unsuccessful attempt to explain the delay is merely indicative of the manner in which the concerned persons have acted in this behalf resulting in unnecessary wastage of some public money. The S.L.P. is therefore dismissed. However, it would be appropriate that the concerned authorities take the necessary follow up action to identify the responsible persons and proceed against them in the manner it is necessary to prevent such lapses at least in the future.
