ORDER : 1. We see no ground to interfere with the impugned order of the High Court. The High Court has already directed the hearing of the two petitions pending before the Court. We request the High Court to expedite the hearing and decide the petitions preferably within two months. The Special Leave Petitioners dismissed. Directed accordingly.
