ORDER : 1. Shri Ashok Arora, learned counsel for Shri Chandraswamy, submitted that even though the restraint on Shri Chandraswamy to go aboard is by an order made in only one case but he gave an undertaking on behalf of Shri Chandraswamy that Shri Chandraswamy would not leave India and proceed to any foreign country for ten days from today. Learned counsel added that the passport of Shri Chandraswamy is already with the C.B.I. This undertaking given by the learned counsel on behalf of Shri Chandraswamy is placed on record. 2. However, we also consider it appropriate, in addition to placing on record the above undertaking, to give an express direction to Shri Chandraswamy to make no attempt to leave India until further orders and without the express permission obtained from this court during the pendency of this matter. We also direct the Union of India to take the necessary steps in this behalf for the purpose of ensuring full compliance of the direction given in this order. Issue notice on I.A. No. 1/95. 3. Mr. Sunil K. Jain, Advocate, accepts notice on behalf of Shri Chandraswamy. 4. Reply be filed within a week. The petition be amended to implead Shri Chandraswamy as respondent No. 3. 5. List the matter on 7.12.1995.
