ORDER 1.Leave granted. 2. A settlement has been reported between the parties, terms whereof in writing, duly signed by the parties counsel, have been placed on record. In terms therewith, the impugned orders of the High Court are set aside and in place thereof the terms of settlement shall be the governing rule during the pendency of the suit in the City Civil Court, Bombay. 3.The appeal is accordingly allowed. a 4.No costs.
