Judgment Radha Mohan Prasad, J. 1. -heard learned Counsel for the parties. 2. The learned Counsel for the petitioners state that in identical matters: bearing C. W. J. C. No.3362 of 1994 (R) and analogous cases a general order has been passed in regard to the grievance of the petitioner for payment of post retiral dues and payment of their wages as well as for appointment of the employees dying in harness on compassionate ground. 3. Learned Counsel for the parties agree that these writ application can also be disposed of in similar terms. 4. Accordingly, I direct that the general orders passed in the afore mentioned cases i. e. C, W J C. No.3362 of 1994 (R) and analogous cases shall also govern the cases of the petitioners of the present writ applications these writ applications are accordingly disposed of.
